Yup...I can.
A week ago, we cranked up NetMeeting, displayed my document and the
applicaton, rounded up 15 (of total 50 or so) of the users from
around the country that are targeted by my document (Assistant
Contract Managers), and had their boss use the application solely
from my document while the 15 of his people watched and made
comments.
None of them,including the boss, had ever seen the document or the
application before this.
I recorded the session's video and audio from my computer using
Camtasia (TechSmith's AVI movie capture program) and afterwards sent
it over to the training department. Based on the session, I made the
document changes.
They exist, the document held together, and 3 days later, the
application was deployed nationaly to the sales force. (When thhe
process works, its a beautiful thing!...and yes, it will go in my portfolio.)
