And keeping this vaguely on topic, the correlation for TWs is that one must not assume one's readers know if they are in a particular state, even if the only possible conditions are 1 or 0.

however more seriously, on a point of technical communication, the actual
statement:
"I think I love you"
now that is not correct. Love is something that has to be complete - the
same as you can't be a little bit pregnant, you are or you are not. You are
either in love or out of love.
