relationship management (CRM) systems needs a technical writer for their
Irvine office.

o. 5 - 10 years solid experience writing technical documentation.
o. Experience documenting CRM or other relationship management software
(HIGHLY DESIRED but not necessarily a requirement).
o. Familiarity with, and experience documenting software that runs on
multiple flavors of UNIX (REQUIRED).
o. A solid understanding of .NET technologies (REQUIRED).
o. Solid experience evaluating (and documenting) how one change to a
software module affects others enterprise-wide (REQUIRED).
o. Experience creating documentation with FrameMaker.
o. Previous experience as a documentation team lead (or manager) a plus.
