TechWhirl (TECHWR-L) is a resource for technical writing and technical communications professionals of all experience levels and in all industries to share their experiences and acquire information.
For two decades, technical communicators have turned to TechWhirl to ask and answer questions about the always-changing world of technical communications, such as tools, skills, career paths, methodologies, and emerging industries. The TechWhirl Archives and magazine, created for, by and about technical writers, offer a wealth of knowledge to everyone with an interest in any aspect of technical communications.
I assume the developer meant that the application, not
RoboHelp, has a web front end...
No matter the case, Bonita, I'm afraid your programmer
is dreadfully misinformed. He/she is obviously still
under the impression that RoboHelp only produces
WinHelp. Not the case. You can produce HTML (and I
think even XML, but don't quote me on that) as well as
many other types of Help.
Please let us know what version of RoboHelp you're
using. But if a newer release, your programmer's fears
can be put to bed.
