Elixir Reports is a Java application with a Java help system. You can
download an evaluation copy at http://www.elixirtech.com/
Also . . .
Most Oracle client applications are written in Java and use Java help. You
can download one of these applications at http://technet.oracle.com. They're
free for non-production use. Some of these apps can be quite large though .
