My catchphrase used to be "Sleep is for the weak,...just not *this*
week...". Still is, occasionally; in this case I was just referencing a
24-hour day due to the subjective duration of night. I count sleep as part
of a day's activities, just not always a standard proportion of it. :)
Very good point on the commute, though -- I never seem to remember to count
that, and it varies between 1/2 hr. to 1 1/2 hrs. per day for me, depending
on traffic.
