Bonita White wants to know about WebEx, software that allows you (or
someone else) to demonstrate a software product or to take control of a
remote machine or to allow someone to take control of your machine...

<<I would like to pick your (collective) brains on webex as a training
solution. I am just learning about the product and from what I can see
it would seem to be better for seminars and the like than training.>>

I've used WebEx with people in my office and overseas. I've found it to
be very useful. I've only used it internally, not with people outside of
the company. Although, I do know that our Support group has used it with
customers and find it a godsend--saves them a trip to the customer's
site.
