No, don't bill. You can afford the hour. Usualy the department or
dept mgr picks up the bill. Say "Thank you." If the bill is split,
pay your share and say "Thanks for including me." It will pay back
later in terms of teamwork.
Comm'on...it's not a big thing...you can afford it. it isn't an
ethics-thing, just playing nice with your co-workers.
