Our company uses Webex a lot, to control corporate travel costs. We use it
to hold meetings with remote employees, and also to do demos that require
several datbase-driven machines to play nicely with each other, involving
company resources in multiple locations.

We've found it to be effective, but I recommend that you ALWAYS have a
"techie" resource involved in any Webex meeting who has a strong technical
understanding of Webex, and who can resolve the inevitable issues that may
arise, particularly if your presentation is complex.

>From our experience, the more complex the presentation, the higher the
risk of technical difficulties. As with most technology, Webex falls under
the jurisdiction of Murphy's Law, so be prepared.
