What do you mean by "Software Manuals"? Do you mean User Guides, Release
Notes, Administrators Guides, Operations Manuals, API references etc
If you mean "User Guides", sure - they have a title page, introduction,
document conventions and other front matter, TOC, then User based tasks,
finally finishing with application object descriptions, such as dialogs and
controls.

Hello,
I'm new to this list. My name is Benjamin and I'm a lone tech writer for a
java database company in Northern California. I would like to know if anyone
had sample doc plans. I would prefer something related to Software Manuals,
if possible.
