I don't think RoboHelp 2002 has actually shipped yet, but I've spent quite a
bit of time working with the Beta version. Since eHelp has released Beta
testers from the NDA, I can comment on this.

RH 2002 will import FrameMaker .mif files reasonably well, offering more or
less the same import functionality as ForeHelp. That is, once you've saved a
.mif file in FrameMaker, you can bring it into RoboHelp, and RoboHelp will
convert it reasonably well -- not perfectly -- but reasonably well. You will
need to spend some time cleaning up the imported content.

As with ForeHelp, however, this is a one-time, unidirectional import. That
is, if the source FrameMaker files change, you must repeat the .mif
generation, import, and clean-up process. Neither RoboHelp nor ForeHelp
currently provides true single sourcing of the sort you can accomplish using
MIF2GO or WebWorks Publisher.
