I would make a "printer friendly version" in Adobe Acrobat format.
HTML is for browsing, not for printing, IMHO. It's more ergonomically
correct, i.e. user friendly, to read narrow columns on a screen and to read
margin-to-margin on paper. It's more ergonomically correct, i.e. user
friendly, to use sans serif fonts, e.g. Verdana, for screen viewing and to
use serif fonts, e.g. Times, for paper reading. Lots of Web sites, e.g.
NYTimes, provide these features in HTML "printer friendly versions," but
they don't provide page breaks.
To be honest, I don't know how to insert a page break in HTML.
