TechWhirl (TECHWR-L) is a resource for technical writing and technical communications professionals of all experience levels and in all industries to share their experiences and acquire information.
For two decades, technical communicators have turned to TechWhirl to ask and answer questions about the always-changing world of technical communications, such as tools, skills, career paths, methodologies, and emerging industries. The TechWhirl Archives and magazine, created for, by and about technical writers, offer a wealth of knowledge to everyone with an interest in any aspect of technical communications.

Doing those things *is* being resourceful. But we
weren't asked for opinions. We were asked for ideas,
and coming up with intelligent ideas was, in my
understanding of the project, part of the requirements
of the project. You can feel free to do someone's
homework for them, I will not. I say it again - from
the description of the assignment it's the decision on
what content to include and how to include it - not
the site itself - that is the purpose of the
assignment.

Me too, and because it wasn't clear whether this
person did the research or not, I provided the means
in which to do so.
