Subject:Russian words in German HTML documents From:Bernd Hutschenreuther <bernd -dot- hutschenreuther -at- net-linx -dot- de> To:"TECHWR-L" <techwr-l -at- lists -dot- raycomm -dot- com> Date:Wed, 05 Dec 2001 11:14:06 +0100
Hi,
I have a strange question, may be.
I want to include some Russian words with cyrillic letters into an html
document. But there are special German letters, too.
Is there any simple way to make sure, readers in the western area can read
the cyrillic letters properly?
Would you recommend, to insert the letters or words as pictures?
I do not want to force the user to switch between several languages. The
main document is in German.
If I use fonts, what kind of coding would you recommend?
I would be really glad, if you could give me an advise.
