I read your mail. I have created many WBT. Before
creating WBT, I worked on the tools that are available
in the market. But after my study I found that
Macromedia Authorware is very good tool for creating
CBT/WBT. They are many good features that Authorware
provides. Also you will able to develop WBT within
very less time. I think you can take a look on
Authorware. You can download 30 day trial version from
their website (www.macromedia.com).
