develop, write, publish, and maintain online (via Acrobat on company
Internet) policies and procedures pertaining to Retail Loan Origination

writer for writing software documentation, white papers and web content,
and for managing quality assurance of our software products.
Job duties: Write and maintain technical documentation and help files for
our software products.
Write and maintain development documentation including charts, screen
shots and graphical illustrations.
Track and verify project requirements. Develop testing processes and test
software modules during the development.
Manage translating documentation and help files into foreign languages.
Coordinate the printing of the documentation using in-house equipment and
through commercial print shops. Write and maintain technical content for
the company's web page. Aid in writing marketing materials.
Experience: 5 years of experience minimum in software-related technical
writing. Process and requirements management experience is a plus.
Must have expert-level experience with Adobe FrameMaker, PhotoShop and
RoboHelp.
Working experience with Word, PowerPoint, and DemoShield desired. Must
have
working knowledge of the HTML syntax and experience with the PostScript
language and tools. Experience with software development tools is a plus.
