CHM is the extension used to indicate an HTML Help file.

I googled on CHM "Microsoft HTML Help Workshop", see:

and then I googled on CHM Robohelp HTML, see:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=CHM+Robohelp+HTML

and got results which, at a quick glance, would seem to indicate that you
can. But don't take my word for it. Google yourself...
