core' applicable to technical writing? If so, how?"
After reading Dr. Stephen Covey's "The 7 Habits.."
several years ago, I began to think about my own
personal mission statement, which I think is another
term for "value core." What I came up with was the
realization that I'm an educator at heart. No matter
what career path or job I select in my life, it will
most likely have an educative aspect to it.
As someone else on this listserv said, "I take
information from those who have it and communicate it
to those who need it."
