These are two possibilities since HTML is a subset of SGML:
docbook-to-man 1:2.0.0-6 -- Converter from DocBook SGML into roff -man
macros.
docbook2man 0.5.1-6 -- Perl SGMLS spec file to convert DocBook SGML docs
into troff

Subject: HTML to man page (Unix)
Has anyone come across a utility that will convert HTML docs (or any
docs)
into man page formats for Unix systems.
I am aware of the utility man2html but can't seem to locate anything
that
will do the opposite.
