Just about anything that will run under Windows 95 will run under '98 or ME (and probably XP too). Check the date on the box. It was probably printed before Win 98 was released, and that is the only reason it is not listed.

Adobe Framemaker Windows Ver 5.5 - and it says you can install it on a pc
running Windows 95 - it doesn't mention Windows 98.
