Guy Haas (or rather, his daughter) asked: "Isn't there a way to create
a navigation bar and store it in one file and then have the pages of a
website call it from that file. . . ."
You mentioned that she has Dreamweaver... Dreamweaver has a "library
items" feature where you can create things like nav bars, store them
in a separate file, and insert them into other pages. That should be
able to handle what she wants to do.
