Hi John,
I'm sure this isn't the answer that you were looking for, but I know of no
way to "turn off" the copy function. You can protect a sheet from being
written to, but it still allows you to copy; therefore you can paste to any
unprotected sheet.
The only other option that I can think of might be "turning off" copying via
VBA; but that's a long shot.
