Help! In the techwr-l archives for 2001, there are 333 posts
containing the words "screen shots" and I think I'm looking
for one of them, but I'm not sure. I *think* it was in the
recent "Why use screen shots at all" discussion, even. But
try as I might, I can't find it. <sigh>
I'm looking for the post that discussed installation instructions
for sys admins where the book showed lots of screens and the users
went by the pictures to install and missed a lot of decision points
in the text.
Didn't I read that here???? Can someone help me find that info???
Thanks a million! Happy Holidays!
