Hmm, it is tough for me to pick just one. I have a B.A. in Technical and
Professional Writing from San Francisco State University, and many of my
courses have been extremely useful.
Here are the ones I think have helped me most.
Writing Software Documentation
Writing for Online Presentation (online help)
Intro to Technical and Professional Writing
I have actually gone back and referred to my text books and notes while I
was on the job!
