Non-naive users? What is this, documentation for imaginary people?

Subject: Interesting job qualification
I found this on the STC site, in a job listing for the Kudos company:
Essential Competencies:
"Good writing skills, with about 2-5 years experience as a writer of
technical material (both software and hardware) for non-naive users."
I'd apply, but most of my documentation was written for naive users.
