Hi all,

While checking out some things on the eHelp
Knowledgebase site I noticed that eHelp has
developed a certified professional program
for help developers who create HTML Help and
Web Help.

It's basically an exam that help developers
can take to earn the distinction of being a
"certified professional". The eHelp site
promotes certification as a way to "distinguish
you from other Help authors" and increase your
employability.

Has anyone out there taken the exam? (It was
first offered in January 2002.) Was it really
a good assessment of your skills? Have you
realized any benefits from becoming certified?

Thanks,

Rowena
