I've been teleworking for 10 years, first as a technical writer then as web
developer. Here's 2 sites that include links that show cost benefit analyses
of teleworking.

BTW, I use the term telework rather than telecommuting. Telework is a more
accurate expression because it incorporates the word "work" and downplays
the "commuting" aspect.
