Subject:Funkiness in Frame Tables? From:"Trese, Timothy G." <Timothy -dot- G -dot- Trese -at- SAICSeals -dot- com> To:"TECHWR-L" <techwr-l -at- lists -dot- raycomm -dot- com> Date:Wed, 16 Jan 2002 15:02:25 -0500
Woah. Check this one out.
I'm doing tables in Frame 6.0. Some cells wrap more than one line of
text, but only the first line is showing, and there's no end-of-flow
character at the end of that first line, so I can tell there's text
hidden.
The manual fix is to insert a soft carriage return at the end of the
first line. Then the row height expands so that the second and following
lines appear, terminated by an end-of-flow character. When I backspace
out the soft carriage return I've inserted, the row height remains
expanded. Problem fixed.
Now I could go and manually do that for every line that's like this, but
that's pretty tedious and I'd much rather find out why it's happening.
Any guesses what I have set wrong, folks?
