In any relationship - business, personal, virtual - communication is the
key. The higher the levels of communication, the greater the synergy <feels
the mass cringe at THE word being used... albeit correctly for once>.
In some ways, its the raw essence of tech writing - communicate everything
that needs to be communicated (comprehensiveness/completeness), communicate
it accurately, in a minimum of words in a manner designed to be understood
by everyone, with a wee bit of style.
This then requires a common vocabulary, regular updates and team mailings.
Micro-results needs be communicated and requests rapidly championed and
fulfilled.
Now that I've discussed my personal life, your problem can be fixed with...
