creating a new project, or you can import it into an existing project.
I don't have Frame installed and I was able to import a Frame file. There were a couple
of glitches...for example, hyperlinks need to be edited after importing (something to do
with anchors in Frame that don't convert correctly). Those folks who know Frame could
respond to these much better than I can.
