Well, speaking from a country that uses the 24-hour clock, when it's
midnight on my clock radio, it displays 0:00. One minute after mindight
is 0:01, etc. The standard way to express the end of Sunday has, to me,
always been "0:00" on Monday. Thanks. DB.
