My advice would be no, as the crime of <blink> tagging is
punishable by defenestration (as a Class A felony) in all
of the jurisdictions of which I am aware. Solicitation for
the purpose of <blink> tagging is likewise a Class B felony,
punishable by flogging round the fleet. Failure to report
the crime of <blink> tagging is a class B misdemeanor,
punishable by keelhauling.
