That's what we do here. I take the role of the user, someone who is
occasionally forgotten by the developers. I keep asking dumb questions
(like Tom Hanks in "Big") such as, "I don't get it." It forces all of us to
keep in mind that the users are trying to accomplish something when they are
sitting in front of our final version. They just want the program to do a
task as easily and as intuitively as possible.
