There was another permanent TW here when I started (along with a contractor,
who left two months after I arrived), but we were under completely different
functions, and really didn't work together at all (except very informally).
Eventually, we added two more TWs (one coworker for each of us), and finally
combined into an actual TW team four or five months ago.
