You may have a point Keith, but the sad fact is that there are a lot of
people out there masquerading as technical writers. Ed's story yesterday
painfully illustrates that for us. Those "writers" make my job harder
because they create a negative image for all technical writers.

What's odd is that their remark might actually OFFEND some other tech
writers, based on what I've seen in very recent posts. Strange.
