You mean document your methodology of becoming a Word expert? Or document
your process for creating documentation?
If it's the latter, just look back at a previously successful
documentation release you've published, and describe the process that you
ended up using (however instinctive and spontaneous it might have been).
Then, here's the trick:
Act like you had been following that process in a premeditated way (like
saying, "I *meant* to do that!"), and they'll be none the wiser.
Finally, a process that even Andrew Plato might approve of! :)
