What do you care how the person selects a command? Sometimes I'll use
a keyboard command and sometimes I'll use a menu command. Does using
a keyboard command produce a better new file? Just because YOU like
Don't tell me it's becuase it is quicker...unless your criteria for a
tech writer's performance is the number of words they write each day,
where using the mouse may take 3 seconds longer.
Do you also stand over a writer's shoulder all day watching what
commands are used?
