Subject:Re-applying for a position From:Rebecca Stevenson <rjstevenson -at- sprynet -dot- com> To:"TECHWR-L" <techwr-l -at- lists -dot- raycomm -dot- com> Date:Wed, 30 Jan 2002 14:14:17 -0500
Here's something about which I am uncertain. I sent my resume in for
an opening a month or so ago. Never heard anything. A few days ago I
noticed the position was re-announced, so I have to assume they
haven't filled it.
Would it be considered
a) tacky or
b) just a waste of time
to send them another copy, perhaps with a better-worded cover letter,
in hopes that the first time around they merely overlooked my obvious
sterling qualities? :-)
