I had a similar problem and the solution was to make sure the target printer
was to make sure the target printer was Acrobat Distiller.
1. Click Setup in the FM Print dialog box.
2. In the Print Setup dialog box, select Acrobat Distller from the Name
drop-down list.
3. Click OK.
