Suppose you had to create a system specification. In addition to the verbiage describing needs analysis, etc., your spec had to have enough functional descriptions in pseudocode that a programmer could take it and translate that into code - in whatever the language du jour happened to be. What would be your favorite tool for creating the pseudocode and why?
