2.  User guides, online help, programmer's guides, systems maintenance and
operations guides, marketing materials, web content, proposals, software
design documents, user interface design documents, documentation plans,
software requirements documents, use cases, database design documents,
database tuning and configuration, system configuration and installation,
API
and anything else our clients should happen to want.

3. A little of everything. We have, seven cats, two dogs, and six large
parrots.
