name for 'general' e-mail addresses

Dear fellow writers:

I am looking for a single term to designate all of the following user
account names:

   * info;
   * support;
   * careers.

I am documenting procedures that are related to these accounts--more
specifically, to their e-mail addresses--in our intranet. Exemple:
info -at- company_name -dot- com

I am looking for a short and descriptive title, something better than
'General
User Accounts' or 'Info-, Careers-, and Support-type User Accounts'.

Does someone have a suggestion?

     Purpose of these accounts: We use 'info@(...)' to receive and
     answer general inquiries about our company. We use
     'support@(...)' to receive and answer technical support
     requests. Applicants can e-mail us their résumés at
     'careers@(...)'. Then, the Personel Director can reply to
     applicants using that identity (careers) instead of his (joe,
     for instance).
