Tom Johnson politely (and privately) pointed out that I didn't know which
end of the dog was the tail in my previous post: I'd said the plaintiff
would be sued (whilst thinking "the plaintiff would sue"), and that would,
of course, be the defendent who gets sued. Mea culpa. D'oh!
