A friend sent me the following note. If any of you can offer some advice,
it would be appreciated.
Do you know if there is a way (any way with whatever tool/program) to
convert a
pdf file created with Acrobat 5 or 4 to Acrobat 3???? Also, pdf files
created
with Acrobat 5 are version 1.4, those created with Acrobat 4 are 1.3 ... are
those for Acrobat 3 version 1.2?
I have a friend that is dealing with the NSF (national Science Foundation)
and
incredibly as it may sound they need to receive pdf files in version 3!!!!!
