| I'm having problems with my FrameMaker files. Instead of getting the
| normal FrameMaker menu when I open my document, I get a
| File/Edit/Navigation/Window/Help menu.
| Format/View/Special/Graphics/Table are not there. I also cannot do
| anything with this file. I can't edit it or save it as anything else.

| Can anyone help me figure out what's going on here?
