Subject:Lone Writers at Large Companies From:bryan -dot- westbrook -at- amd -dot- com To:"TECHWR-L" <techwr-l -at- lists -dot- raycomm -dot- com> Date:Wed, 10 Apr 2002 14:38:55 -0500
Another thread got me thinking about my situation. I am essentially a lone writer even though I work for a large corporation. The company has other writers, even writing teams, but in my day-to-day work I never interact with any of them and have only actually met one of them, and, as I said in that other thread, that was through STC. You would have to climb the org chart all the way up to the president of the company to find any boss that I have in common with another writer.
I was wondering if are there many others in similar situations?
