I recently finished a mini-project from hell.
Everything about it took more time, effort and argument than I had initially
planned or suspected.
After reading this thread I have begun to create a case study of the event;
specifically to identify the problems from the project and find solutions
for them. Hopefully it will help me the next time this project rear's its
ugly head.
