Kim Wallace rejoiced over an error message that praised the documentation:
> "Username belongs to more than one office. It is clearly
> documented in the install guide that an appuser can only
> belong to one office. Please remove username from all
> but one Appname groups."

> They like me! They really like me!
Two thoughts.
(1) Congratulations! They clearly think highly of your documentation.
(2) They probably shouldn't be phrasing it quite that way. The ONLY thing that
second sentence does is whack the user over the head: "Hey dummy, didn't you
read the install guide!?"
No, wait. Three thoughts.
(3) Maybe they should tweak the user interface to prevent the user from
associating a username with multiple offices, and then do away with this error
message entirely.
Not to rain on your parade, though. It's great that the developers respect your
work.
happy Friday,
Christine
