I am faced with a dilemma regarding a job offer.
They are offering a generous package, and I am at a point in my current job where job satisfaction is
low. There are no opportunities for advancement, and my work has become rote and boring, and my attempts to branch out have been quashed. The management philosophy is one of pigeon holing.
The technology at the old job is more exciting, and I would have more opportunity for advancement as the company grows. Of course, I could also get laid off again. I would appreciate any thoughts.
