You know the saying "I've forgotten more about technical writing than
you'll ever know!"?
I can't tell you how many hours I spent at a previous gig making sure
that every instance of a product WAS phrased as an adjective.
I HATED that legal department for it...maybe it's the brain's way of
blocking out things it finds objectionable.
